Tim has 34 years of healthcare operations, sales and executive management experience. He received his bachelor’s degree in business from The Ohio State University. His background includes sales and marketing, business development, strategic planning, operations management, and merger and acquisition experience. Prior to founding Empower, Tim spent six years as a partner at Total Med Solutions, the largest med-spa in Dallas, supporting its growth from two to seven clinics. Prior to that, he was a senior executive overseeing sales and marketing with companies in autoimmune diagnostics, microbiology instrumentation and products and diagnostic imaging.

His passion is supporting the development, growth and success of students and the teams he has overseen during his career. Working with institute’s staff leaders, the Empower vision has been carried out to offer students a differentiated learning experience, with expert instructors, in a welcoming environment that encourages open dialog and student participation.
